back to 1885 when the building originally served as the parsonage
for St. John's Church.

The firm of Joseph L. Calabrese, P.C. served
as the Structural Engineer for this historic restoration
project.
Services included conducting a detailed structural survey of
the existing three story 7,000 SF building and design of structural
reinforcing as part of an adaptive reuse. The structure currently
houses professional and law office space.
