The Miller Building

When the Miller Building (circa 1900) was completely destroyed
by fire, only the Bank Street facade remained standing. At
the time of the fire, the building was occupied by the Michaels
Jewelers flagship store.

The
firm of Joseph
L. Calabrese, P.C. served
as the Structural Engineer for this project,
which involved reconstructing the entire building and preserving
the architecture
of the Bank Street facade. The interior of the building was
completely gutted and three new floor levels were
constructed.
