The firm of Joseph L. Calabrese, P.C. served as the Structural Engineer on this major renovation project. Services included conducting a detailed structural survey of the existing 4-story building and designing extensive reinforcing of the structural systems as part of an adaptive reuse. Existing wood framed bearing walls were removed and an elaborate system of new steel reinforcing was installed to support code mandated live loads. Today the building houses professional and law offices.
